Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Emirates Aerosports website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Who we are
The Site is operated by Emirates Aerosports, a Dubai-based aviation solutions provider in operation since 2008. Throughout this document, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Emirates Aerosports.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding agreement under UAE law to use the Site for enquiries or to submit a form. The Site is directed to professional counterparties in the aviation industry — operators, owners, brokers, MROs, authorities and their representatives.
No binding offer
Listings on the Site — including aircraft, parts, technical documents, photographs, capability descriptions, headline numbers and editorial copy — are illustrative of capability and do not constitute a binding offer to sell, lease, maintain, or otherwise transact. A transaction commences only when an engagement letter, sale and purchase agreement, lease agreement or operational contract is signed by both parties and the related conditions (deposit, escrow, due diligence) are satisfied.
Aviation confidentiality
Aircraft serial numbers, registration marks, owner identities and technical documents may be confidential. Where the Site references a specific aircraft or part, details that the owner or operator has asked us to keep private are not shown. Confidential information provided by counterparties to the Site is treated as confidential unless and until written consent to disclose is given.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, photography, illustration, the brand mark, layout, source code, and the underlying selection and arrangement — is owned by Emirates Aerosports or licensed to us. Personal, non-commercial viewing of the Site is permitted; reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any content requires our prior written consent.
User submissions
By submitting an enquiry, attachment or message through the Site you grant Emirates Aerosports a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that information for the purposes of replying to your enquiry, performing any agreement we enter into with you, and complying with our legal obligations. Anonymised, aggregated metrics may be used to improve the Site. We will not publish or republish your identifiable submissions without your consent.
Prohibited use
You may not:
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or the systems behind it.
- Probe, scan, or stress-test the Site, its infrastructure, or any related service.
- Use the Site to transmit any content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.
- Violate any applicable UAE law in connection with your use of the Site, including the UAE Cybercrime Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021).
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites that are outside our control. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those sites. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we exclude all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, in no event will Emirates Aerosports, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or sub-processors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is capped at the value of any specific engagement in force between you and us at the time the claim arose; in the absence of such an engagement, our aggregate liability is limited to AED 5,000.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Emirates Aerosports and its representatives against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the Site.
Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms from time to time. The amended version takes effect when it is posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after the amendment date constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.
