Inspection scope agreed with the buyer, partner MRO appointed, technical documentation review, airworthiness verification. Findings categorised and priced for negotiation.

Transaction management

Price, terms, deposit, escrow opened with a recognised aviation agent. Closing checklist tracked weekly. Owner-level attention throughout.

04 · Capability

Registration & re-registration

Aircraft registration and re-registration in multiple aviation jurisdictions with full documentation preparation and aviation authority coordination — Cape Town, GA, regional.

How it works

How a typical acquisition runs.

  1. 01Step 1

    Brief

    We capture the mission, budget envelope, target registration, certification scope and any maintenance preferences. One call is usually enough to commit to scope.

  2. 02Step 2

    Shortlist

    Within five business days you receive a shortlist with photos, log-book summary, hours, cycles, maintenance status and an indicative price posture for each.

  3. 03Step 3

    Pre-buy

    Inspection scope is signed by both sides. Findings are categorised (airworthiness, deferrable, cosmetic) and priced.

  4. 04Step 4

    Close & ferry

    Funds in escrow, title clear, ferry permit issued, aircraft repositioned. Documents handed over physically and digitally.

  5. 05Step 5

    Registration & handover

    Registration in the destination state, insurance bound, type rating refresh scheduled if requested. We stay on the line for 30 days after handover.
