How it works
How an operational engagement starts.
- 01Step 1
Discovery
Mission, fleet, ground footprint, financial envelope, regulator constraints. One workshop is usually enough to commit to a contract shape.
- 02Step 2
Aircraft & crew
Aircraft sourced from our network, crew matched on type rating and recency, insurance and maintenance program lined up.
- 03Step 3
Contract
Engagement letter, then the lease agreement itself. We work alongside the lessee's counsel on terms; we don't run a side-conversation.
- 04Step 4
Mobilisation
Aircraft positioned, crew inducted, permits issued, first commercial flight scheduled. Cut-over is rehearsed before the live date.

Operation & review
Monthly operational review with the lessee — utilisation, despatch reliability, maintenance status, financial reconciliation.
