01 · Capability

Scheduled maintenance

Daily, periodic and calendar-driven checks per the approved maintenance program. Coordinated through partner line stations with the relevant type approvals.

02 · Capability

Major overhaul

Heavy maintenance, base inspections, structural repair work. Routed to partner MROs with type-specific approvals for Mi-series, Il-76, An-72/74 and Western fleets.

03 · Capability

Component repair

Bench-test, repair or overhaul on rotables — wheels, brakes, hydraulic actuators, avionics LRUs. Send-out, repair, certificate, return-to-service.

04 · Capability

Technical supervision

Maintenance program management, AD/SB compliance tracking, work-package review and on-site technical representation during heavy checks.

How it works

How a typical MRO event flows.

  1. 01Step 1

    Scope

    We capture the aircraft, the trigger (calendar, hours, AD/SB compliance), and the constraints (ground-time, budget). We propose a partner and a window.

  2. 02Step 2

    Work-package

    The maintenance program drives the routine task list; we add non-routine items the operator wants done during the same window. Cost estimate signed.

  3. 03Step 3

    Induction

    Aircraft positioned, induction inspection, work begins. We attend the daily progress meeting and surface issues early.

  4. 04Step 4

    Findings & price

    Findings are categorised, priced and decided on. Operator stays in the loop — nothing is closed without sign-off.

  5. 05Step 5

    Release & records

    Return-to-service certificate issued, log-book entries reviewed, dirty fingerprint check complete. Digital records archived on our side.

Partner type approvals
Each partner MRO holds the type-specific approvals required for the work — Mi-series, Il-76 / An-72/74, and Western families. Latest approval scope is on file before we recommend.
Work-package review
We help the operator scrutinise the work-package before induction so the scope doesn't drift mid-check.
Documentation audit
Every work-order, finding sheet, AD/SB compliance entry and certificate is reviewed against the program before sign-off.
Records archive
We keep a parallel digital archive of every event we coordinate — fast retrieval when the next operator or regulator asks.
